28M - Experiencing intense headaches during/after intercourse - seeking advice after ER visit

Hello everyone, I’m a 28-year-old guy. Last week, I had the most excruciating headache I’ve ever felt right at the moment of orgasm. The pain was concentrated at the crown of my head and felt like it was pushing behind my eyes, persisting for about a day or two. It recurred a week later during sex, so I went to see my doctor. My GP advised me to head to the emergency room immediately for a CT scan and blood work because my blood pressure was slightly elevated (156/74). I went two days ago, and both the blood tests and the scan came back normal. While I was at the hospital, several medical staff mentioned potentially doing an ECG or a lumbar puncture. However, once the CT scan showed nothing wrong, they just discharged me. I wasn’t provided with any follow-up instructions or ways to prevent this from happening again. I’m wondering if this is just a temporary issue or if I’m just exhausted, but I can’t stop thinking about the tests they mentioned earlier. Should I be pushing for more investigation, or am I overthinking things since the main tests were fine? I’d really value any insights you might have. For context: I’m a former smoker, my weight is within the normal range, and I’m 5’9".
