Addressing my low stamina and cold hands naturally

I’ve spent the last few years feeling like I was running on half-empty.

I tried the usual stuff—beetroot powders that tasted like dirt, generic multivitamins from the big box stores, and even those high-caffeine energy drinks that just made my heart race without actually helping my stamina. Honestly, I’d pretty much accepted that this was just part of getting older and I was skeptical that anything non-prescription would actually move the needle for me anymore.

About two months ago, I decided to try NitricBoost (i buy here - usually best price) after reading about how nitrates actually support blood vessel health. I wasn’t expecting much, but the difference in my mental clarity and physical drive has been noticeable. Unlike the jitters I got from caffeine, this feels like a steady, natural level of energy. My circulation feels better—my hands aren’t always cold anymore—and I don’t feel wiped out by 3 PM. It took about three weeks of daily use to really kick in, so it’s definitely not an overnight fix. You still have to eat right and stay active, but for me, having those amino acids and antioxidants in the mix seems to keep my nitric oxide levels much more consistent than the cheap supplements ever did. It’s a solid addition to my daily health routine.

I also started taking NitricBoost recently and the boost in my morning walks is undeniable. Glad it is working for you too.

Good to hear a positive update. I am 62 and struggling with that same afternoon crash lately. It is frustrating when you feel like you have no fuel left in the tank.

Did you compare this to those L-Arginine supplements? I’ve tried a few brands and wonder if they are basically the same thing.

The cold hands thing is real. I thought it was just my house being drafty but maybe it is a circulation thing for me too.

Any side effects? I have a sensitive stomach so I usually stay away from anything concentrated.

I’ve had a similar experience with NitricBoost; my recovery after golf is much faster now and I don’t feel nearly as stiff the next day.

I’m always wary of these things, but glad it worked for you. Sometimes the simple stuff is what we are actually missing.

MikeT, I tried Arginine before but found it inconsistent. NitricBoost uses a concentrate of nitrates which felt much smoother for my system and didn’t cause the bloating I got with the cheap powders.

NitricBoost has been a game changer for my morning runs, definitely feeling that extra stamina in the last mile.

Hydration is key when taking anything that affects circulation. Make sure you are drinking enough water throughout the day.

Glad to see more guys my age talking about this stuff. We spend too much time just ignoring our health until it becomes a major problem.

Thanks for the update, might give it a look. I’ve been looking for something that isn’t just another caffeine pill.
