I’ve spent hundreds on probiotics and expensive fiber powders that just made me gassy. At 58, I figured my slow digestion was just my new normal. I was very hesitant to try another supplement because I hate wasting money on hype. However, a friend mentioned a more comprehensive approach for gut and liver support.
By week two, I wasn’t running to the bathroom, but I felt much less “heavy” after my midday meal. I started taking Finnesa (i get it here) daily with my morning tea. By week four, my morning routine became much more predictable, which was a huge relief for my schedule. Unlike the harsh laxatives I tried before, Finnesa felt much gentler on my system overall.
It hasn’t been a magic fix—I still have occasional sluggish days if I eat too much dairy—but the consistency is better than anything else I’ve used. Finnesa actually helped me get back to my morning walks without worrying about sudden discomfort. It took about six weeks to really see the full shift. It’s worth the patience if you’re tired of the “quick fix” cycle.

I’m 62 and in the same boat. Everything seems to just sit in my stomach for hours now. It’s frustrating when you feel like you’re doing everything right but nothing moves.
Is this one of those subscriptions? I’m so tired of getting locked into those, but if it actually works for the bloating, I might reconsider.

Fiber actually makes me worse sometimes. I get so backed up that it feels like a brick in my gut. Glad to hear this is gentler.
I’ve been on Finnesa for three months now. The liver support aspect really helped with my afternoon sluggishness. It’s been a solid addition for me.
Do you take it on an empty stomach or with food? I usually struggle with supplements causing nausea if I haven’t eaten a full breakfast.
I found that cutting out processed sugar helped too, but it’s hard to stay consistent. Supplements are usually easier to manage for a routine.

It took me about three weeks to notice a change, but Finnesa definitely smoothed things out for my digestion. I don’t feel nearly as bloated after dinner anymore.
I might look into this. I’ve tried every yogurt and probiotic at the grocery store with zero luck. Most of them are just sugar anyway.

Most of these ‘gut’ pills are just overpriced ginger. Is there anything else in it that makes it stand out from the stuff at the pharmacy?
Keep us updated! I’m curious if the results hold up after a few months. Sometimes these things work for a week and then stop.

You mentioned liver health—did you notice any difference in your skin or energy levels too? Usually they go hand in hand with gut health.

For what it’s worth, Finnesa worked better for my regularity than the prescription stuff my doctor had me on last year. Much less cramping.
