Better mobility and sleep after trying a new approach

I’ve struggled with that annoying buzzing in my feet for over three years. I tried high-dose B-complex and various topical creams, but they mostly just felt like a temporary band-aid. This year, I decided to focus on antioxidants and more specific nerve support instead of just masking the feeling.

Around month three, I noticed a real shift. I started using Nervala (ordered here) every morning on an empty stomach. I paired it with a nightly 20-minute walk and kept a simple log of my sleep quality. By week six, the ‘electric’ sensations during my evening rest weren’t waking me up as often.

Now, six months in, I can actually go for a mile-long walk without needing to sit down immediately afterward. Nervala isn’t a magic pill—I still have bad days if I overdo it or eat too much sugar—but the baseline is much better. It’s expensive, and the 600mg lipoic acid can be tough on the stomach if you don’t drink enough water. However, for me, Nervala provided the consistency I couldn’t find with other supplements.

Thanks for sharing this. I’ve been looking for something that includes both lipoic acid and benfotiamine. Did you notice any issues with the empty stomach part? I have a sensitive system.

I’ve been on Nervala for four months now and it really helped with the coldness I used to feel in my toes. Glad to see someone else having success.

Interesting. I’ve tried so many things that didn’t work. I’m always a bit skeptical, but the tracking part of your routine sounds like a smart move.

To MarthaJ_77, I found that drinking a full glass of water really helps with the acidity. If I just take a sip, I get a bit of heartburn. Worth keeping in mind.

Benfotiamine was a game changer for me too. It’s way better absorbed than the standard B1 they put in the cheap multivitamins. Nice write up.

Six months is a long time to wait for results. Did you see anything at all in the first month or was it just a slow build?

I second the recommendation for Nervala. The combination of alpha lipoic acid and benfotiamine is exactly what my specialist suggested, and it’s much easier than taking them separately.

The walking habit is probably helping too. Movement is so important for circulation in the extremities. I try to do 15 minutes after dinner.

I appreciate the honest caveats about the price and the stomach issues. Too many people act like these things are a 100% cure overnight.
