Finally finding relief for tooth sensitivity

I’ve been dealing with nagging tooth sensitivity for about three years now. It started right after I turned forty-five, and it got to the point where I couldn’t even enjoy a glass of iced tea without wincing. My dentist kept telling me my enamel was thinning, but switching to sensitive toothpastes only did so much. I started reading about how our mouth’s natural bacteria play a huge role in protecting the teeth, which was something I’d never really considered before.

I decided to try a more holistic approach to support my enamel from the inside out. I started taking Dentavive (i order from here) a few months ago after hearing it was based on some interesting research into ancient diets and probiotics. Honestly, the difference in how my teeth feel against cold drinks has been night and day. It’s not a magic fix overnight, but my gums look way healthier too. I’m just glad to have found something that actually supports the natural environment in my mouth instead of just masking the pain.

Glad to hear you found something. I’m 52 and the sensitivity is driving me crazy lately. Is it just a capsule or a liquid?

I’ve found that cutting out soda helped me more than any supplement ever did, but to each their own. Enamel is hard to grow back once it’s gone.

I actually started using Dentavive too! My hygienist noticed a big difference in my plaque levels last month, and my gums aren’t nearly as red as they used to be. It definitely seems to help the oral microbiome.

Does it have a taste? I tried a chewable probiotic for my mouth once and it was chalky and gross.

My dentist is always skeptical of supplements, but if it works, it works. I might bring this up at my next cleaning to see what he thinks about the probiotic angle.

Interesting read, thanks for sharing your story. I’ve been looking into enamel health since I hit 50.

I’ve tried a few different things for my recession, but Dentavive really helped with that morning mouth feeling and general sensitivity. It’s been a solid addition to my routine for the last three months.

I remember my grandfather always had the strongest teeth well into his 80s. He never used fancy pastes, just salt water. I think there’s something to be said for the ‘old ways’ or balancing the mouth’s chemistry naturally like you mentioned. Modern diets are just too acidic.

How long did it take before you noticed the sensitivity going away? I’m looking for something to help before my summer vacation because I plan on eating a lot of ice cream!
