Getting back to HIIT without those embarrassing leaks?

I’ve been on a keto journey for six months, but hitting the gym became a nightmare after turning 45. I tried pelvic floor exercises and even specialized physical therapy, but the progress was incredibly slow. Every time I did jumping jacks or a heavy lift, I felt that familiar, frustrating panic.

About three months ago, I started using NewEra Protect (ordered here) to see if it could help bridge the gap. By week four, I noticed I wasn’t rushing to the bathroom every thirty minutes during my fasted cardio sessions. It felt different because it addressed the internal comfort, not just the muscle strength. By month three, I am finally back to full intensity workouts without constant worry.

It is not a magic pill—I still have to be mindful on heavy leg days, and I had a slight plateau in month two. NewEra Protect works best when you are already doing the work, like staying hydrated and keeping up with your stretches. Ask yourself: is your bladder holding back your fitness goals? If so, this might be worth a look. NewEra Protect definitely helped me regain my confidence.

I feel this so much. I stopped doing CrossFit because of the ‘leaks’ and it’s been so depressing. Did you find the physical therapy worked at all before you switched?

I’ve been using NewEra Protect for about two months now and the difference in my nightly sleep (no more waking up 4 times!) has been life-changing. It really complements the keto hydration needs.

Is this specifically for women over 40? I’m 38 but having similar issues since my second child. PT helps but it’s so slow.

The ‘keto flush’ is real and it makes bladder issues so much worse. I’m glad you found something that works. I’ve just been drinking less water which I know is bad for weight loss.

Great post. It’s such a taboo topic but so many of us deal with it. Thanks for being honest about the plateaus too.

I’m always a bit skeptical of supplements for this. Did your doctor mention any side effects? I’m worried about interactions with my blood pressure meds.

How many times a day do you take it? I’m terrible at remembering pills if it’s more than once.

I’ve found that cutting out caffeine after 2pm helped me a bit, but the exercise leaks are a different beast entirely. Might have to look into this.

NewEra Protect really helped me get through my morning runs again without worrying about where the nearest restroom is. It took about 3 weeks to really kick in for me though.

I tried it for a week and didn’t see much, but maybe I gave up too early? You mentioned it took a month to see real progress.

Adding NewEra Protect to my daily routine was the missing piece for my pelvic health after I started lifting heavier weights. It definitely supports that internal tone everyone talks about.
