Getting through the grocery store without pain

I’ve spent the last five years trying to manage that deep, nagging ache in my lower back and hips that hits hardest every morning.

I tried high-dose ibuprofen until my stomach couldn’t take it anymore, and those expensive lidocaine patches that always seemed to peel off within an hour.

I finally started using Balmorex (i buy here - usually best price) about three weeks ago. I apply it twice a day—once right after my shower and once before bed. It’s not greasy like the menthol rubs I used to use, so it doesn’t ruin my sheets. It has MSM and Indian Frankincense which supposedly helps with the inflammation around the nerves. Within about ten days, I noticed I wasn’t bracing myself just to get out of the car or stand up from the sofa.

I keep it simple: gentle stretching for five minutes, then the balm. It’s been the most consistent relief I’ve had in years. Results definitely vary, and I still have bad days if I overdo the yard work, but the baseline is so much better now. I’d suggest starting with a small amount to see how your skin reacts to the botanicals. It’s just nice to feel like I’m actually making progress.

How did you decide on that specific balm versus just using a standard heating pad or those Tiger Balm things? I’ve tried so many creams that just smell like a locker room and barely do anything for the actual stiffness.

I’m 62 and the morning stiffness is definitely the worst part of the day. It takes me forever to get moving. Glad you found something that actually makes the errands easier.

Does it have a strong scent? My husband can’t stand the smell of most medicated rubs, so I usually end up not using anything at all even when I’m hurting.

I actually picked up some Balmorex last month for my sciatica. It really does absorb quickly which I appreciate. It doesn’t have that overwhelming menthol smell either.

Balmorex has been a game changer for my hands. I can actually grip my garden shears again without that sharp shooting pain in my thumb joint. Consistency is definitely the key though.

I used Tiger Balm for years, but the smell was just too much for my wife, and it didn’t seem to last long enough. I went with Balmorex because it has more natural ingredients like ginger and hemp, and it doesn’t leave that sticky residue on my clothes like the cheaper gels do.

Stretching before applying is a good tip. I find that getting the blood flowing a bit first helps whatever you’re using work a lot better.
