Growth on penis, could it be a TUMOR? [NSFW]

Hello everyone, I’m a 23-year-old Asian male seeking some advice. Ever since I first retracted my foreskin, I’ve seen this dark growth on the head of my penis.

It doesn’t cause pain or itching and feels integrated into the skin when touched. A urologist I saw previously wasn’t sure what it was and referred me to a dermatologist. That specialist scanned it with a handheld tool and concluded it was benign. I’ve just lived with it as a normal part of my body since then. I’m 23 now, and over the past 8 or 9 years, there’s been no change in its appearance or size. However, a recent article on penile cancer has me feeling anxious. I have an appointment with a different urologist next month, but until then, does anyone recognize what this might be?

I really appreciate any insight!

It’s hard to be certain from the photo, but it resembles a hemangioma, which is entirely harmless.

Seeking another professional opinion is always a good idea. The fact that it hasn’t grown at all is a positive sign.

A simple surgical procedure could take care of this. It’s probably a hemangioma, but personally, I would have had it taken off a long time ago.
