Yes, improvement is possible. I’m roughly 80% back to normal. My remaining issues are just pulsatile tinnitus and some visual disturbances like blurred vision and snow. I follow a very clean diet (keto/carnivore) and avoid all stimulants, including caffeine, sugar, and even overstimulating screen time. Stop obsessively looking for cures; it’s often driven by anxiety, and there’s no instant fix. My supplement stack includes Magnesium Glycinate, L-Theanine, and Rhodiola Rosea in the morning. I spend two hours at the gym daily. I practice intermittent fasting until midday, then eat eggs and avocados for protein and potassium. I take Quercetin to manage inflammation and histamine. Before bed, I use Magnesium L-Threonate and Zinc. I also take B vitamins, particularly B1. Good sleep hygiene is crucial—no screens in bed. It took me a while to figure this out, but this routine accelerated my recovery. Avoid stress, stop clenching, and stay active outside. Meditation helped clear my head pressure and neck tension. My emotions have returned. Your system is likely just overtaxed (HPA-axis/amygdala/cortisol). This exhaustion often stems from adrenal fatigue or MCAS triggered by stress. Keep moving and limit phone use. Also, watch your salt intake.

Correcting my neck and upper back posture (kyphosis). I’m making progress…

My case might not have been the most extreme, but I dealt with heavy brain fog, trouble speaking, and constant fatigue. I started Tirzepatide, and within three days, my brain inflammation seemed to vanish. I can find my words again and my wit has returned. Many others have found success with this medication, particularly if the fog is autoimmune-related. Psilocybin also played a role in my recovery, initially for migraines. Wishing you the best!

There’s a user in the candida forums who was actually diagnosed with dementia and told to prepare for the end. He made a full recovery after discovering it was actually a candida infection and treating it.
