How I Finally Beat Menopause Cravings

Hi everyone! I wanted to share what finally moved the needle for me after months of frustration. Switching to a clean keto approach was huge, but the real game-changer was focusing on overall pelvic health. It sounds unrelated, but feeling physically “secure” made me more confident to increase my daily walking distance without worrying about frequent stops.

I started taking NewEra Protect (i order from here) to help with bladder control and pelvic tone, and the difference in my comfort level was immediate. It’s much easier to stay active when you aren’t constantly scouting for the nearest restroom! Between the low-carb meals and being able to hit 10k steps comfortably, I’ve finally dropped those stubborn 15 pounds.

I’d love to hear from you all—has anyone else found that physical discomfort was holding back your exercise routine? Also, what are your go-to keto snacks when the afternoon cravings hit? Looking forward to learning from your journeys!

The snack struggle is real! I usually go for almonds or a bit of sharp cheddar. I never thought about how pelvic floor health impacts exercise, but it makes total sense. If you’re uncomfortable, you won’t want to walk!

I actually started using NewEra Protect last month for the same reasons. It really works! My pelvic floor tone feels so much better, and I don’t have that ‘gotta go’ panic during my morning jogs anymore. It’s a lifesaver for us ladies over 40.

Are you doing strict keto or more of a lazy keto? I find it hard to track every single macro, but I’ve definitely cut out the bread and pasta. I’m trying to get my steps up too.

Walking is so underrated for weight loss. I try to get my steps in early before the heat hits. Regarding snacks, I love hard-boiled eggs with a little hot sauce. They keep me full until dinner.

Great post! It’s so true that small physical issues can derail our goals. Glad you found a routine that works for you. I’m still trying to find my rhythm with the diet part, but the walking helps my mood so much.

I can second the recommendation for NewEra Protect. My doctor mentioned pelvic floor health is crucial as we age, and since starting it, my urinary comfort has improved significantly. It definitely makes staying active much easier when you feel supported!
