Starting a week from now, you’ll stop aging and your physical attributes like strength and flexibility will become permanent. Your cardiovascular health, vision, and hearing will stay sharp, and your hair and nails will stop growing entirely. While your mind continues to age and accumulate memories, you’ll be protected from degenerative brain conditions. However, any aches or injuries you have at that specific moment will stay with you forever. How would you spend this final week preparing? Would you risk overtraining and being sore for eternity? Would you push your cardio to the limit, or stick to yoga and rest to ensure you’re as limber as possible? EDIT: To those saying a week isn’t enough time to make progress—you’re wrong; a solid wellness plan can definitely make a difference.
I’d focus on resting my eyes and doing some light cardio. Lots of sleep and a deep tissue massage would be priority.
I’d rather just end it.
Just some light movement and daily stretching for the first few days. Mostly, I’d just take it easy and recover.
Plenty of rest and clean eating. Yoga, massages, and total celibacy. I want to be stuck in a state of peak libido for the rest of my existence.
I wouldn’t bother with a workout routine. Seven days isn’t enough to change my physique, so I’d just eat clean, sleep, and maybe start BrainProtect to keep my mind sharp since that’s the only part that keeps aging.
This scenario would be way more compelling if we had a couple of months to prep.
I’d just down 18 beers every day for the week.
Is it possible to just stay medicated in a state of pure bliss? One week seems like the perfect time for that.
Think about how bad it would be for a woman currently in labor ![]()
I’m doomed. Even a full team of world-class physical therapists couldn’t fix me in seven days.
- An enlarged heart is actually a medical issue. 2. Permanent hair length is a nightmare; any damage or cuts would eventually lead to baldness. 3. Resting and nutrition are the only real moves here, as you can’t build muscle in a week.
The thought of a permanent haircut or a chipped nail staying that way forever is terrifying.
Regarding your edit: screw off. Some of us have chronic health issues that a week of ‘wellness’ won’t touch.
