In what ways did pre/probiotics impact your well-being?

I’m debating whether to start using them. Has anyone here experienced significant results after trying them?

I used lactobacillus sakei intranasally and it resolved three years of chronic fatigue. It was a major shift for me.

My bloating decreased and my digestion became more consistent. While not an instant cure, I saw real progress eventually. It’s worth a shot for digestive problems, though you need to be patient for the effects.

Improved bathroom habits.

Just made me gassy, honestly.

Probiotics give me diarrhea.

I’ve been having a cup of kefir daily for a month now. No major changes yet. Since it only costs around $4 for a week’s supply, I’m sticking with it for now.

Didn’t feel a thing.

It improved my regularity and significantly cut down on abdominal cramping. My skin also cleared up a bit. TMI>!Prior to using them, I was only going once or twice a week.!<

I began probiotics this week and the difference is incredible. I’ve dealt with GERD-type symptoms for a year and couldn’t shake the nausea. My appetite is back and I feel great. Results probably vary for everyone, though.

As a woman, I found they helped balance my internal pH. I don’t experience yeast infections as long as I’m taking them. I used an oral supplement.

I struggled with inconsistent digestion that was quite unpleasant. After starting Sunfiber, which is a prebiotic from Sandhu Nutrition, I’ve felt much more balanced and regular.

Prior to Bravenly, I felt sluggish and constantly bloated. Since using Bravenly Global, I’ve dropped from 350 to 220 pounds and feel amazing! https://www.fluid.app/s/297ea7
