Just watched the video. It explains the biology behind the hyaluronan very well. I think I am going to give it a shot for my lower back issues.
I am always wary of these breakthrough claims. Usually it is just marketing hype. But the science about the joint jelly sounds plausible enough to at least watch the video.
I can vouch for JointGenesis as well. It took about three weeks for me to notice a real change, but my morning stiffness is almost gone now and I can actually make it down the stairs without holding the railing for dear life.
Does this work for people who have already had a partial knee replacement? My other knee is starting to go now too and I really want to avoid another surgery.
The scurvy comparison is a bit scary but it makes sense. If the body is missing a building block, things start falling apart regardless of how much you exercise.
Thanks for sharing this. Definitely worth looking into because my knees are killing me lately.
Which Nutrition Journal study are you referring to? I would like to read the full paper if possible, I like to see the data myself before buying anything.
My husband started taking JointGenesis about two months ago and the difference in his hip mobility is actually pretty incredible. He is finally back on the golf course without needing a cart for the whole 18 holes.
I have tried so many supplements and most of them are garbage. Is this one actually different from the standard glucosamine stuff you find at the drugstore?
Interesting post. I have never heard of hyaluronan loss being the main cause. I always thought it was just wear and tear from playing sports when I was younger.
