15-year-old female
Medications: Circadin for sleep; codeine, ibuprofen, and paracetamol for general pain relief.
My symptoms include:
Daily migraines for about three months, localized to the right side of my face and slightly affecting the eye area. I feel a pressure-like pain in my forehead and the back of my head. I experience nausea and find that I have to sleep for the pain to subside.
Starting two days ago, both eyes feel as though their shape has changed, and it is painful when I look upwards.
Today, moving my left eye is very painful, similar to how it feels during a migraine. I am sensitive to light and have pain in my forehead. I get a sharp sensation when glancing up.
I wear contact lenses and have no issues with their application or removal.
Lights appear much brighter than usual, and my vision is a bit hazy.
I’m not sure if this is clear. The wait times at nearby hospitals are supposedly up to 80 hours. I’m debating whether to wait and see if it clears up or just face the long wait time.
