I’ve been experiencing dry eyes and a dry nose for a few weeks now. Recently, I’ve also started having rapid-onset symptoms like flu-like aches, pain all over my body, and extremely cold hands and feet despite the temperature. I suspect I might be dealing with Sjögren’s and associated neuropathy. If anyone has had a similar experience, I’d appreciate it if you could share. I’ve also been dealing with several days of uncontrollable panic sensations.

I experience quite a few neuropathic problems. My feet are cold, my fingers are stiff, and my whole body feels tingly. It’s irritating and I haven’t found a remedy yet. I’m just starting HCQ, but I have a feeling it won’t address the neuropathy.
What kind of rheumatology workup have you done? Have you seen a neurologist for testing? There are various conditions that can look like this.
Yes, but I wouldn’t jump to the conclusion that it’s Sjögren’s rather than a short-term illness, especially since it’s only been a few weeks and given the time of year.
