It took a long time but my toes look healthy

I have been dealing with a persistent issue for years, mostly starting from my time at the local pool.

I tried everything from those standard drugstore antifungal creams to more natural stuff like tea tree oil and even soaking my feet in apple cider vinegar every single night. While some things provided temporary relief, the skin would always start peeling again and my nails were getting thicker and more discolored. It felt like I was just managing the symptoms rather than actually fixing the underlying problem.

About three months ago, I decided to try Kerassentials Serum (i get it here, discounted!) after reading about how it uses specific oils to help the skin build up resistance. Unlike the greasy creams that just sat on top of my skin, this felt like it actually absorbed. Within the first two weeks, the constant itching stopped, and by month two, the new nail growth started coming in clear. I think the big difference was the consistency and how it supports healthy skin while fighting the fungus at the same time. It didn’t irritate my skin like the harsh chemicals did. Just a heads up though, you really have to apply it every day without skipping, or it won’t work as well. Obviously, everyone’s skin is different, so it might take longer for some, but this is the only thing that gave me long-term results.

Did you ever try those medicated lacquers? I’m trying to decide between those and a more oil-based approach like you mentioned.

The vinegar soaks never worked for me either, just made my bathroom smell like a salad.

I did try the lacquers! For me, the lacquers were such a pain to chip off and reapply. Kerassentials Serum was just much easier to use daily and didn’t feel like I was painting my nails with plastic.

How many times a day were you applying it?

I can vouch for Kerassentials Serum as well. I’ve been using it for six weeks and the redness around my cuticles is finally gone.

My sister recommended Kerassentials Serum to me last year. It took a while for the nail to grow out, but the skin cleared up almost immediately.

Glad it worked for you. I’ve heard mixed things about oil blends, usually depends on how deep the fungus is.

Don’t forget to rotate your shoes and keep them dry too. That helps a lot with the resistance part.

Thanks for sharing this, I’m at my wit’s end with my left foot.

Does it have a strong scent? Some of these treatments are really pungent.

I finished my first bottle of Kerassentials Serum recently and my nails haven’t looked this good in a decade. Totally worth the patience.
