It turns out my rosacea was actually a histamine intolerance

I managed to clear it up by using zinc picolinate five evenings a week, paired with magnesium glycinate at night. I also take liposomal vitamin C three mornings a week and a tiny dose of copper chelate (just 1mg, three times weekly). My skin looks significantly better; the rosacea I’ve struggled with forever is finally gone. I believe histamine intolerance was the root cause, as my other issues like fatigue, anxiety, and mood shifts have also mostly disappeared. This isn’t medical advice, just what worked for me.

Could you let us know which brands and what specific doses you used?

That’s incredible! I hope you’re feeling great. Thank you for the info—could you provide more details on the kind of rosacea you dealt with and whether you were working with a physician or a naturopath?

I’d be very interested to hear about your initial symptoms and how your journey progressed.

I’m curious about the brands and amounts you took, and would love to see some before and after photos!

Histamine… I’ve noticed tomatoes trigger my flare-ups! I’m going to research this further, thanks.

I struggle with dust allergies and found my redness improved after getting anti-mite covers for my bed and a HEPA filter vacuum. Allergies are definitely a factor for me too!

Hold on, how is zinc related to histamine intolerance? Sorry for the lazy question, I’ve just never come across that connection before.
