I spent most of last year feeling incredibly sluggish. I tried the usual stuff: extra caffeine, those generic store vitamins, and even changed my diet to strictly Mediterranean. Nothing really moved the needle for my stamina or that feeling of ‘heaviness’ in my legs during my evening walks. I felt like I was just aging faster than I should have been.
About four months ago, I started using NitricBoost (ordered here). Unlike the cheap beet powders I’d tried before, this felt more consistent. By week three, I noticed my morning energy was steadier. Two months in, my wife actually commented on my improved physical drive.
It wasn’t an overnight miracle. Month one was subtle, mostly just less brain fog. Month three was where the physical stamina really kicked in. I can finally finish a full round of golf without feeling wiped out.
A few downsides: the taste is a bit earthy, and I had some mild stomach upset the first week. Also, if I skip a few days, I definitely feel the drop-off. NitricBoost isn’t a magic pill, but it’s been a solid addition for me.

I’m in the same boat with the ‘heavy legs’ feeling. Did you notice any improvement in your blood pressure too, or just the energy levels?
Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water when you take stuff like this. Nitrates work a lot better when you’re hydrated.

I’ve been on NitricBoost for six months now. The blood flow improvement is real, especially for my gym recovery. I don’t feel nearly as sore the next day.
Is this a pill or a powder? I’ve tried those massive horse pills before and I can’t stand them.

It’s a powder you mix. I actually prefer it because it absorbs faster, though like Mike said, the taste is definitely ‘natural’ if you know what I mean.

Glad to hear it’s working for you. I’m 65 and looking for something to help with my daily stamina. The generic stuff at the pharmacy just doesn’t cut it anymore.

Any issues with your heart rate? I’m always cautious about anything that claims to boost energy at our age.

Always check with your doctor first if you’re on BP meds. But for me, it just felt like a natural lift, not like a caffeine jitters thing.
NitricBoost definitely helped my stamina during long bike rides. It took about a month to really kick in for me though, so don’t expect it to work in two days.
