My eGFR has been hovering near 50 since February—should I be doing something?

54-year-old Caucasian female. Blood pressure is normal, and I don’t have diabetes or pre-diabetes. Current medications include Wellbutrin, Topamax, Imitrex, Trazodone, Veozah, and Vagifem. I follow a vegetarian diet. My lab results are as follows: Feb 18: eGFR 50, creatinine 1.27; Aug 6: eGFR 57, creatinine 1.14; Nov 3: eGFR 49, creatinine 1.29. For comparison, it was 62 back in 2023. Is there anything I should be doing about this? My primary doctor hasn’t suggested any steps yet, as they are more focused on my borderline low thyroid levels.
