I’m not experiencing any symptoms and haven’t been diagnosed with kidney issues, but is it typical for a healthy male in his late 30s to see a decrease of this magnitude?
Appreciate any insights!!

What were the specific readings?
A decline from 110 to 95 might just be the result of dehydration or a heavy workload on your kidneys prior to the blood draw. I would be very happy if most of my patients had a GFR of 95.
However, a decrease from 20 to 5 would indicate that you’ll be beginning dialysis shortly.
