My personal routine for better stamina and energy

I’ve been struggling with feeling sluggish lately. Around 55, my stamina dropped significantly, and it started affecting my confidence in the bedroom. I tried heavy caffeine and those generic drugstore pills, but they just gave me heart palpitations and a headache. I needed something more sustainable for my blood flow.

About three months ago, I started using NitricBoost (i get it here). I paired it with a 20-minute morning walk and cut back on processed sugar. By week two, I felt a slight lift in mental clarity. By month two, my physical stamina during intimacy was noticeably better.

Unlike the beet powders I tried before which tasted like dirt, NitricBoost actually felt like it was keeping my energy levels steady throughout the day. It’s not a magic overnight cure. I had a plateau in week four where I felt tired again, but sticking to the routine helped.

It is a bit pricey, and you have to be consistent with the timing every morning or it doesn’t work as well. Has anyone else found a specific routine that works for them?

I’ve been on NitricBoost for about six months now. It really helped with my circulation issues after my doctor said my levels were dipping. Glad it’s working for you too.

Do you take it with food or on an empty stomach? I find some supplements tear up my stomach if I don’t eat first.

The walking is probably doing more than you think. I started doing 30 mins a day and it changed my life. Diet and movement are key.

58 here, same issues. It’s frustrating when you feel like your body is just slowing down for no reason. Nice to see an honest write-up.

Any side effects like headaches? I tried a powder once and it gave me a massive migraine every single time.

I’ve had great results with NitricBoost as well. My gym recovery is much faster and I don’t feel like I need a nap at 3 PM anymore.

Always worth checking with a GP first, especially with the blood flow stuff. But glad you found something that feels sustainable.

Interesting about the plateau in week four. Was it just a few days or the whole week? I usually quit things if I don’t see linear progress.

Thanks for the honest write up. Most people make it sound like a miracle, nice to hear about the setbacks too. Might look into this.
