My somatic tinnitus has decreased by half

After dealing with tinnitus for four years, I’ve finally seen some progress. My condition is somatic, so I’ve been seeing a physical therapist to address issues with my jaw, neck, and shoulders, while also focusing on my posture. Following three appointments involving neck traction, laser treatment, manual muscle work, and one cupping session, the ringing has dropped by about 50%. I’m optimistic that it might disappear entirely with more treatment. Wish me luck, and I hope everyone else can identify the source of their issues as well.

Which area are they targeting with the laser therapy?

That’s awesome—please keep us updated on your progress.

In my case, the tinnitus was linked to functional under-methylation caused by malabsorption. I’ve found significant relief using phosphatidylcholine, betaine HCl with pepsin, magnesium malate, taurine, and creatine. These supplements assist in digesting food to better absorb B vitamins, allowing for proper methylation and the reduction of excitatory homocysteine levels.:dizzy:

Congratulations! Best of luck to you! Do you know what originally triggered it?

I would give anything to have a 50% decrease in sound. How does the laser treatment actually work?
