Trying to improve my blood flow naturally

I turned 58 last year and really started feeling the “slow down” everyone talks about.

I was waking up feeling like I hadn’t slept, and my afternoon productivity was nonexistent. I’ve always been a bit of a skeptic when it comes to supplements because most of them are just marketing fluff with no actual science or research behind them. I tried drinking raw beet juice for a while because I heard it helped with circulation, but the taste was earthy in a bad way and it constantly tore up my stomach. Then I tried some cheap L-Arginine capsules from the local pharmacy, but they didn’t seem to do much of anything for my actual stamina or mood. I even went through a phase of trying those expensive “male vitality” herbal teas, which mostly just made me have to use the bathroom every twenty minutes.

After reading about how nitrate conversion actually works and the importance of keeping your system primed, I decided to give NitricBoost (i order here, best price i found) a shot about four months ago. Honestly, I didn’t expect much for the first few days. However, by the end of the second week, I noticed I wasn’t hitting that 3 PM wall anymore. I had these steady energy levels that I hadn’t felt in a decade. Unlike the jittery feeling you get from caffeine, this felt more like a natural alertness that stayed with me until dinner.

The biggest surprise for me was the improvement in physical stamina. It wasn’t just about getting through a daily walk or a workout; it affected my drive and confidence too. I think the combination of amino acids and antioxidants really helps maintain those nitric oxide levels throughout the day rather than just providing a quick, temporary spike. It seems to focus on blood vessel health in a way that the basic powders I tried before just couldn’t match. Results aren’t instant, and you definitely have to stay consistent, but for me, it was the missing piece of the puzzle.

Glad to hear it’s working for you. I’m 62 and looking for something similar to help with my daily energy.

The afternoon crash is the worst part of getting older. I usually just nap, but that ruins my sleep at night.

How did you decide on this specific one compared to the other nitrate powders on the market? Did you try any of those ‘red’ superfood drinks first?

I’m always wary of anything claiming to help with drive. Is it really noticeable or just a placebo effect from having more energy?

I’ve been on NitricBoost for three months now and my blood pressure readings have actually stabilized quite a bit. It’s solid stuff.

Does it cause any flushing? Some of these NO boosters make my face turn bright red and itchy for an hour.

Keep us updated on the 6-month mark. It’s the long-term consistency that matters most.

I had a similar experience with beet juice. It’s just too hard on the digestion if you have a sensitive stomach. Glad you found an alternative that works for you.

Is this something you have to take forever or can you cycle it? I hate being tethered to a bunch of pills every day.

The mental clarity was the first thing I noticed with NitricBoost. No more brain fog during my morning meetings which was a huge relief.

Do you take it in the morning or before bed? I’ve heard mixed things about when it’s most effective.

NitricBoost definitely helped with my recovery times after hitting the gym. I’m not as sore the next day as I used to be.

Make sure you’re getting enough leafy greens too, that helps the natural conversion process in the mouth and gut.

Mike_T_1965 I did try two of those ‘red’ superfood powders last year. They were okay for a quick burst, but they were loaded with stevia and made me crash hard. I chose NitricBoost because it felt more like a sustained support system rather than a sugary drink. It just feels cleaner in my system and I don’t get the bloating.
