What helped me stop the cycle

Hey everyone, I’ve been part of this community for a while now, mostly lurking and trying different suggestions. For years, I felt like I was constantly on edge, just waiting for that familiar tingle to start. It’s exhausting, right?

I finally decided to focus more on my internal health rather than just reactive creams. I started prioritizing sleep and cut back on processed sugar, which helped a bit. However, the real shift happened when I added TonicGreens (got mine here) to my morning routine. It’s an antioxidant blend that really seems to have bolstered my immune resilience.

Since I started this, my outbreaks have been much shorter and way less frequent. I actually feel like I have my confidence back. It’s not a magic cure, but supporting the body from the inside out has made a world of difference for me. I hope this helps someone else who is feeling frustrated. You aren’t alone in this!

Glad you found something that works! The stress of waiting for an outbreak is often worse than the actual sore itself. The mental toll is no joke.

I’ve been using TonicGreens for about three months now too. It definitely helped shorten my last flare-up to just a couple of days. Huge fan of the results so far.

Did you notice if the sugar thing made a big difference before you started the supplements? I’m struggling to give up my soda habit but I suspect it’s a trigger for me.

I’ve had similar luck with high-dose Lysine, but I agree that the ‘internal’ approach is the only way to go. Creams just don’t cut it once the tingle starts. You have to stop it before it breaks the skin.

Thanks for sharing this. I’m going through a rough patch right now and it’s nice to see some positivity.

Seconding the recommendation for TonicGreens. My immune system usually crashes in the winter, but I’ve stayed clear so far this season thanks to it. It’s become a staple for me.

How does it taste? I’ve tried some green powders before that were absolutely like drinking grass. Hard to stay consistent if it’s gross, no matter how well it works.

It’s so important to share these wins. This condition can feel so isolating, especially when you’re older and feel like you’re the only one dealing with it. Thanks for the encouragement!
