I’ve spent a fortune on blue-light glasses and those expensive “eye vitamins” from the grocery store, but nothing really stuck. I was skeptical about trying something else because I hate wasting money on things that don’t work. However, my sister-in-law convinced me to give this a real shot for at least three months.
The first two weeks were quiet—no “miracle” changes. Around week four, I realized I wasn’t rubbing my eyes as much after working on my laptop. By month two, the “fuzziness” I usually get in the evenings felt less aggressive. I’ve been using Vision20 (i get it here) for about ninety days now. It’s designed to help with oxidant damage, and I do feel like my eyes aren’t as “tired” by 6 PM.
I still need my reading glasses for the fine print, so Vision20 isn’t a magic fix, but the overall clarity is better. It’s not cheap, and you have to be consistent every morning or you won’t see the benefit. I had a plateau in week six where I thought it stopped working, but I stuck with it and I’m glad I did.

I’m in the same boat. I’ve tried everything from bilberry to lutein supplements and they didn’t do much. Glad to hear you’re seeing some actual progress with your routine.
Thanks for the honest review. Most people act like things work overnight, so I appreciate you mentioning the plateau. It’s hard to stay patient when you’re paying out of pocket.
Do you take it with food or on an empty stomach? I find some of these supplements can be a bit heavy on the stomach if I haven’t eaten breakfast yet.

I actually started Vision20 back in February. For me, the biggest win was being able to drive at night without that constant strain. It definitely took a solid six weeks to kick in properly though.

Don’t forget to do the 20-20-20 rule if you’re on the computer! Look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes. It helps the supplements do their job if you aren’t overworking the muscles.
Is this better than the standard AREDS2 formulas? I’ve been on those for a year and I’m not sure if I’m just maintaining or if they are actually helping anymore.

I’m curious about the ‘oxidant damage’ part you mentioned. My doctor brought that up at my last checkup. Did you notice any difference in how bright colors look?
I’ve had a similar experience. Vision20 really helped clear up that afternoon brain fog I used to get from squinting at my screen all day. It’s a bit of an investment but worth it for the comfort.
