Giving up booze, particularly since I find it hard to stop after one. Those liquid calories add up, and drinking leads to poor eating habits both while I’m tipsy and the following day. It also drains my desire to work out or stay healthy. Removing alcohol was a game changer for my weight and overall well-being. Edit: fixed typos.

Getting 10 minutes of sunlight daily. Just stepping outside to be in the sun gives me the drive to start walking once I’m already out.

Having a glass of water and giving it 15 minutes to determine if I’m truly hungry or if my mind was just mistaking thirst for hunger.

Tracking my caloric intake on a weekly basis rather than focusing solely on the daily totals.
