I am genuinely interested in hearing from people who have successfully navigated the weight loss journey. Frankly, I’m fed up with those ‘DROP POUNDS IN 14 DAYS WITHOUT EFFORT’ scams and similar nonsense. I want to understand what specifically helped you succeed. Was it a particular YouTube creator? Did you hire a personal coach? Or did you develop your own system that clicked? Please share any tips that might assist me in my own progress. (Note: Local gyms are currently shut down, so keep that in mind). EDIT: The feedback here has been incredible! I appreciate everyone who took the time to contribute. ![]()
I’ve spent nearly a year logging everything I eat on MyFitnessPal daily, regardless of whether I hit my targets. It turned into a routine very fast. Currently, I maintain a modest 300-400 calorie deficit. The progress is gradual, but it’s very easy to stick with.
Using an app to track every calorie consumed. I don’t go to the gym or ban specific foods; I just focus on the numbers. I started this in August and have already lost 45 pounds.
I found a straightforward ‘hack’ that has been a game-changer for my weight loss. It might not suit everyone, but it works for me daily. I save roughly 600-700 calories for my evening meal to use as I please. Usually, I stick to wholesome foods like greens, fruit, and yogurt. Having that flexibility at night is the only reason I’ve stayed consistent. It allows me to maintain a deficit without feeling like I’m missing out. ![]()
