Why I finally stopped carrying all that extra water

Ever since I hit 45, my weight loss efforts felt stalled by what I thought was just stubborn fat.

My legs and ankles were always puffy, especially by the end of the day. I tried everything from compression stockings that were incredibly uncomfortable to prescription diuretics that just left me feeling dehydrated and lightheaded. I even tried those strict low-sodium diets, but the results were barely noticeable and impossible to maintain.

Everything changed when I started a seven-second morning routine that targets the AVP hormone. I learned that when this hormone is off, your body basically recycles waste fluid instead of getting rid of it. I started taking Flush Factor Plus (i buy here - usually best price) as part of my daily ritual about six weeks ago. It was designed by a doctor to help open up the body’s natural drainage valves and it honestly felt different from day one. I tracked my progress by checking how my shoes fit in the evening. Within three weeks, the “pitting” in my shins was gone and I was able to regain my mobility for my morning walks. I’d recommend starting with just the supplement and a short walk. Results definitely take a bit of consistency, so don’t expect a miracle overnight, but it has been a game changer for my keto progress.

How long did it take before you noticed your shoes fitting better? I am struggling with the same thing every afternoon.

The leg swelling is the absolute worst part of getting older. It makes exercise feel impossible when your feet feel like balloons.

Is this just another fancy name for a diuretic? I’ve had bad experiences with those making me feel really weak.

I’ve been on Flush Factor Plus for a month. The best part is not feeling like my legs are made of lead when I wake up in the morning.

Does this interfere with being in ketosis? I’m very strict about my macros right now.

Glad to hear you’re back to your morning walks. That mobility is so important as we get into our 50s.

Thanks for sharing your routine. I might have to look into that AVP hormone thing, never heard of it before.

How did you decide on this specific protocol over standard water pills or something like dandelion root? Did you try those first or just jump into this?

Just make sure you’re still drinking enough water. People often cut back when they’re swollen but that actually makes it worse.

The science behind the pee hormone is actually pretty solid. It’s crazy how much fluid our bodies can hold onto when things are out of whack.

My husband actually noticed my ankles looked thinner before I did. Flush Factor Plus is definitely doing something right for my AVP levels.

I actually tried dandelion root tea and some over-the-counter pills first, but they made me run to the bathroom every five minutes. Flush Factor Plus felt more gradual and didn’t give me those weird heart palpitations I got from the generic stuff.

I’m on my second bottle of Flush Factor Plus and it’s the first time in years I can wear my wedding ring comfortably all day without it getting stuck.
