For the last few years, I’ve felt like I was losing the battle with my screens and the dim lighting in my office.
I spent a small fortune on those expensive blue light glasses and tried every lutein supplement the pharmacy had on the shelf, but the fuzziness at the edges of my sight just wouldn’t quit. I honestly thought it was just the inevitable part of turning 62. When I first started using the supplement called Eyefortin (i buy here - usually best price), I made a huge mistake: I was only taking it once every few days when I remembered. I didn’t see any difference and almost threw the bottle away. However, I decided to actually follow the instructions and stay consistent every morning. That change made all the difference. It’s a liquid dropper formula with things like Alpha-GPC and Huperzine A that apparently helps with the glutamate receptors in the brain, which act like tiny switchboards for your visual signals. I read that they can wither if you’re indoors too much, and this nourishes them back to health. After about three weeks of consistent use, things started to look sharper. I’m not saying I have bionic eyes now, but that heavy strain I used to feel by 4 PM is mostly gone. It’s much easier to focus on small text without that weird lag I used to get. Just remember that it takes time to build up in your system; don’t expect a miracle overnight like I did.

I have the same issue with the 4 PM eye strain. It feels like a literal weight on my forehead by the end of the day.
I hadn’t heard about the glutamate receptor thing before. Is that something an eye doctor usually checks for or is it more about brain health?

I found that upgrading my desk lamps to those full-spectrum bulbs helped a bit too, though it doesn’t solve the focus issues.
I had a similar experience with Eyefortin. I was skeptical about the whole dropper thing but after a month my reading vision feels much less cloudy.
How does the liquid taste? I’m always worried about those dropper formulas being too bitter or having a weird aftertaste.
Eyefortin has been really helpful for my morning routine. I noticed the biggest difference when I stopped skipping doses on weekends.

It is so frustrating when you feel like you are doing everything right and your body still doesn’t cooperate. Glad you found something that clicked.

How did you decide on this specific liquid instead of just taking a standard multivitamin or those vision pills from the store? I’m curious if you compared it to other brands first.

Consistency really is the hardest part with any of these routines.
Where did you read about the indoor light thing? I spend way too much time in my basement workshop and wonder if that’s my problem.

I’ve tried a lot of stuff but Eyefortin is the only thing that actually helped with that afternoon eye fatigue I used to get at work.

Make sure you still get your yearly exams though. Supplements are great but we still need to check for the big stuff as we get older.

I did try several of the big brand pills first, but Eyefortin felt different because it’s focused on the brain’s receptors rather than just basic nutrition. For me, the liquid was just easier to stay consistent with.
