Why I stopped relying on cheap drugstore vitamins for my tired eyes lately

I hit 62 last year and noticed that reading my Kindle was becoming a chore even with my bifocals. I tried standard lutein supplements from the grocery store for about four months, but I didn’t see much change in how my eyes felt after a long day. I eventually changed my strategy.

After about six weeks of using Vision20 (ordered here), I noticed the evening haze wasn’t as thick. Unlike the cheap vitamins, Vision20 seemed to actually help my focus during long drives. By month three, I wasn’t rubbing my eyes nearly as much.

It isn’t a miracle cure—I still need my glasses for fine print—and it’s definitely pricier than the generic stuff. I also had a week where I felt no progress at all, so you have to be patient. However, for protecting against age-related vision decline, it’s been the most consistent thing I’ve tried. Vision20 just fits my routine better than juggling five different pills. It’s not for everyone, but it worked for me.

Does this actually help with the gritty feeling after being on a computer? I’m 55 and struggling with that daily.

I’m always a bit skeptical of these kinds of things. Did you change anything else in your diet or was it just the supplement?

I’m in the same boat with the night driving. The glare from those new LED headlights is just brutal lately.

I’ve been on Vision20 for two months now and the glare from oncoming traffic doesn’t bother me nearly as much as it used to. It takes time though.

Vision20 has been a game changer for my screen fatigue at work, glad to see others are finding it helpful too. My focus feels sharper by 4 PM.

I also recommend looking into blue light filters for your screens. It pairs well with a good eye health regimen.

Adding Vision20 to my morning routine really helped clear up that afternoon blurriness I was getting every single day. I’m on my third bottle.

Any issues with stomach sensitivity? Some of these zinc-heavy vitamins make me feel a bit nauseous if I don’t eat a full meal first.

I tried a different brand last year that was much cheaper, but the ingredients list wasn’t nearly as comprehensive. You get what you pay for I guess.

Been using this for about six months. I agree with the OP, it’s not a ‘cure’ but the protection is worth it as we get older. My eye doctor was actually impressed.

Thanks for the honest review. I appreciate you mentioning that it’s not perfect. So many people claim things work overnight.

I hit a plateau around week four where I didn’t think it was doing anything, but I stuck with it and by week eight I felt the difference again.

Great post. It’s so hard to find real feedback that isn’t just an ad. I might give this a shot once my current supply runs out.
