Any thoughts on this?

I deal with a heightened startle reflex and regular sensory overwhelm. There’s a perpetual feeling of being in a dream or slightly intoxicated, paired with a constant pressure in my cranium. I’m plagued by relentless exhaustion that never lifts, sleep that doesn’t restore me, and a non-stop urge to sleep during the day. My vision is also affected by floaters and visual snow. Even with these issues, I stay active, averaging 8,000 steps a day and hitting the gym three times weekly. These symptoms have been present non-stop, every single day, for the last two and a half years.

Could be Long COVID or potentially ME/CFS, where you’re managing to keep moving thanks to adrenaline.
