I used to skip lunch every day and then eat everything in the pantry at 8 PM. Stopping that was a game changer for me.

Interesting take, but I’ve had the opposite experience with 16:8 fasting. It’s the only thing that helped me drop the menopause weight. I think it depends on the person.
