28-year-old White female, 5’2" 124 lbs.
My only medical issue is a suspected case of psoriatic arthritis.
My blood pressure is naturally on the lower side. No history of diabetes or thyroid problems.
Medications:
Birth control, generic Humira, 50mg Trazodone, 10mg Escitalopram. 280mg OTC magnesium. No other supplements. I am physically active, working out 4-5 days a week, and I maintain a healthy diet about 80% of the time.
Urinalysis results were normal.
TSH was normal.
CBC was normal.
BMP indicated creatinine at 1.211 and eGFR at 52.99.
I take ibuprofen for migraines and menstrual pain, roughly 400-800mg every 6-12 hours for about 7-10 days a month.
Two days before the blood work, I had a bout of diarrhea from a food that didn’t sit well with me. I usually stay well-hydrated, drinking 80-100oz of water a day.
Is it possible for mild dehydration to cause these results? My eGFR was 89 earlier in 2024, and my creatinine was 0.75 in 2023.
I have no pain or urinary symptoms.
