Finally broke through a two-year plateau without using those harsh stimulants

I’ve spent the last three years trying every fad that popped up on my feed. From strict keto that left me feeling foggy to high-intensity workouts that just hurt my knees, nothing seemed to move the needle anymore. At 48, I figured my metabolism had just checked out for good.

I was incredibly wary of spending more money on supplements, but a friend mentioned CitrusBurn (i buy here). What caught my eye was that it wasn’t packed with caffeine or weird synthetics. I decided to give it a ninety-day window because I was tired of the ‘quick fix’ mentality that never actually works for me.

During the first month, I didn’t see a huge drop on the scale—maybe three pounds. However, I noticed I wasn’t reaching for a second cup of coffee at 3 PM. By the second month, things really shifted. I lost another 8 pounds, and my ‘goal jeans’ from five years ago actually zipped up. Unlike the jittery feeling I got from old-school diet pills, this felt more like a steady, natural burn.

By the end of month three, I was down 16 pounds total. I can actually go for long walks now without feeling exhausted halfway through.

There are some caveats, though. This isn’t a magic wand. I still make an effort to walk 30 minutes a day and I’ve cut back on processed sugar. I also hit a frustrating plateau in week seven where nothing happened for ten days, but I stuck with it. CitrusBurn worked for me because it felt sustainable. It is definitely not for people looking to lose weight overnight, but if you want something that supports your body without the crashes, it is worth a look.

I’m in the same boat at 51. Does this have that ‘racing heart’ feeling? I had to stop most supplements because they made me feel so anxious.

I’ve tried similar natural stuff before and it did zero for me. What else were you eating during that second month?

The plateau in week 7 sounds so familiar. That’s usually where I give up and eat a whole pizza. Good on you for sticking through it.

I’ve had a similar experience. I’ve been using CitrusBurn for about six weeks now and the biggest thing for me is the lack of jitters. I’ve lost 9 lbs so far and feel much more level-headed throughout the day.

Is this something you have to take forever or can you cycle off it once you hit your goal?

To the person asking about diet—I found that even with natural help, you still have to watch the hidden carbs in sauces and dressings. That’s what usually gets me.

I started two weeks ago and haven’t seen the scale move yet, but my sleep has actually improved. I guess everyone reacts differently.

Did you change your workout routine at all when you started? I’m trying to decide if I need to get back in the gym or if walking is enough.

16 pounds in three months is actually the ‘healthy’ rate doctors recommend. It’s much better than losing 10 in a week and gaining 12 back later.

I can vouch for this too. CitrusBurn really helped me break through a six-month stall when I couldn’t lose another ounce. It’s not an overnight miracle, but the consistency is what I needed.
