Finding a sustainable way to drop the pounds without feeling jittery all day?

I turned 52 last year and everything just stopped working. I did the whole keto thing for six months and lost maybe five pounds, but I felt like a zombie. Then I tried those high-intensity boot camps, but my knees couldn’t take it and I ended up more exhausted than fit.

I started looking for something that wasn’t a stimulant because I already struggle with sleep. I came across CitrusBurn (i buy here) about four months ago. What I liked was that it didn’t give me that ‘racing heart’ feeling I got from other metabolism boosters. It felt much more subtle, like my energy was just more consistent throughout the day.

Here is how it went for me:

  • Month 1: Honestly, not much happened. I lost maybe two pounds and felt a bit more alert.
  • Month 2: I noticed my cravings for afternoon sweets were way down. I lost another four pounds.
  • Month 3: This is where it clicked. I was down ten pounds total and fitting into jeans I hadn’t touched since 2018.
  • Month 4: I hit a bit of a plateau for two weeks, but I stuck with it. I’m currently down 16 pounds.

Compared to the crash diets I tried in my 30s, CitrusBurn is much slower, but it feels more permanent. It is not a magic pill, though. I still walk 30 minutes a day and try to watch my portions. If you are consistent, CitrusBurn seems to support the process without the side effects of heavy caffeine.

A few caveats: it is not for everyone. If you want to lose 20 pounds in a week, this isn’t for you. Also, you have to be patient. It took me nearly six weeks to really see a difference in the mirror.

This sounds very relatable. I’m 55 and the keto brain fog was just too much for me to handle at work. Did you change your breakfast routine at all while doing this?

I’m always a bit skeptical of anything that claims to boost metabolism. Are there any weird side effects like digestive issues? That’s usually my main concern with natural supplements.

16 pounds in four months is actually a really healthy pace. People forget that fast loss usually leads to fast regain. Glad your knees are getting a break too!

I’ve been looking for something like this. I can’t do the injections everyone is talking about because of the cost and the nausea. Do you take this once or twice a day?

Interesting. I’ve read that citrus-based extracts can help with insulin sensitivity. Might be why your cravings went down in month two.

I actually started CitrusBurn about two months ago after seeing a similar post. It’s been great for my mid-day energy slumps and I’m down 8 pounds so far. It definitely gives good results if you don’t expect a miracle in week one.

The price is what keeps me on the fence. I wish they had a smaller sample bottle to try first before committing to a whole month.

Plateaus are totally normal. Usually, it’s just your body adjusting to its new ‘set point.’ Keep at it, the fact that you’re fitting into old clothes is the real win.

I’ll vouch for CitrusBurn as well. I’ve been on it for ten weeks. It didn’t work overnight, but it definitely helped me get past that stubborn 180-pound mark I’ve been stuck at for years. It gave me very good results without making me feel anxious.
