Finding a way to feel like myself again lately

I spent the last two years feeling like I was running on half-empty.

I tried the usual routes first: drinking a gallon of beet juice every week which was messy and tasted like dirt, popping caffeine pills that just gave me the shakes, and those generic supermarket multivitamins that didn’t do a single thing for my actual stamina or drive. My circulation felt sluggish and I just wasn’t “there” for my wife anymore.

Day 1: Started taking NitricBoost (i buy here - usually best price) after breakfast. Nothing immediate, but no stomach upset either.

Week 1: I noticed I wasn’t reaching for a third cup of coffee at 2 PM. My head felt a bit clearer during morning meetings.

Week 3: This was the turning point. My stamina and drive improved significantly. It wasn’t just physical; I felt more present and capable.

Month 2: My energy is steady all day. Unlike the caffeine, there’s no crash. It seems to help my body maintain better blood flow naturally through the nitrates. I think the natural antioxidants help too. It isn’t a magic pill—you still need to eat well—but for me, it filled the gap that those other supplements missed. Just be consistent with it or you won’t see the full benefits.

Glad you found something that works. Beet juice is the worst to deal with, I gave up on that after three days.

I’m in that same boat. The 2 PM slump is killer once you hit your mid-fifties. Glad to hear the energy is steady.

How did you decide on this vs the standard amino acid capsules you see everywhere? I’ve been looking at a few different brands but can’t tell the difference.

I actually started NitricBoost about a month ago too. The stamina boost is definitely real for me and I noticed the difference in the gym pretty quickly.

NitricBoost helped my recovery times after the gym. I’m 62 and I don’t feel as sore the next day anymore.

Is this safe for people with high blood pressure? I’m always wary of anything that claims to boost energy.

You mentioned mental clarity. Do you find it helps with focus at work or just physical energy? I struggle with brain fog lately.

As long as it helps me walk 18 holes without dying, I’m interested.

Always good to check with your cardiologist before starting anything that affects blood flow. Better safe than sorry.

To Mike_K, I looked at those but the reason I went with NitricBoost was the focus on nitrates rather than just one amino acid. It felt like a more complete approach for my system and it didn’t give me the heart palpitations some other stuff did.

Seconding the recommendation. NitricBoost has been a game changer for my evening energy levels.

Thanks for sharing the timeline. Most people expect results in an hour, good to see a realistic 2-month view.
