Former vegan warning: stay away from veganism! b12 deficiency and other risks

I wanted to post about my journey and alert you all to the SEVERE DANGERS OF BEING VEGAN!

I followed a vegan lifestyle for two years. Recently, I visited a physician for blood work because I was dealing with intense exhaustion and MASSIVE WEIGHT LOSS. I felt like my life was ending. My doctor told me it was a miracle I came in when I did since I was actually about to die.

The results showed a severe B12 deficiency, plus I was missing Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, and Z!! My iron levels were non-existent. They also discovered a CRITICAL LACK OF WHITE BLOOD CELLS!! I only had TWO white blood cells left! My doctor explained that this happens often to vegans because they lack the nutrients required for bone marrow to produce white blood cells!

Don’t tell me I wasn’t doing it correctly. Here is my daily meal plan:

9am - 12pm: half a banana

12pm - 5pm: a single nut

5pm - 10pm: juice from one orange

MY DOCTOR told me humans are 100% WATER! Since the vegan philosophy views water as non-vegan because it holds fish waste and urine (making it an ANIMAL PRODUCT), you aren’t allowed to drink it, but since we are 100% water, YOU REQUIRE WATER! Even if you drink rain, that RAIN IS DERIVED FROM WATER FILLED WITH ANIMAL URINE.

Following my appointment, I ate a steak and drank water; by the next morning, I had a huge energy surge and my libido was back to 100% NORMAL.

I get what it’s like to be indoctrinated by the vegan community. If you’re reading this, you’re indoctrinated too.

PLEASE, for your own sake, DON’T BE VEGAN!!! IT’S UNHEALTHY.

Watch out, orange juice isn’t always vegan; it can contain sheep or fish products.

/uj B12 stores in the body usually last at least 5 years. It’s funny how many former vegans claim deficiency after only a year of the diet.

This brings to mind that absurd Liam Hemsworth situation. He developed kidney stones by consuming spinach and almond smoothies daily—two foods packed with oxalates. Then he blamed ‘The Vegan Diet.’ As if that’s what everyone is eating. I can’t stand these health-obsessed people who don’t even know how to eat right.

You ate an entire nut at once? I typically divide my nut into three portions and eat them across the day to boost my metabolism. I’m vegan by the way.
