Getting my sluggish system moving again

I’ve spent the last decade dealing with that heavy, sluggish feeling after every meal.

Once I hit my late fifties, it felt like my digestion just decided to take a permanent vacation. I tried everything to get things back on track. I started with those high-fiber powders, but they just made me feel like a balloon. Then I moved onto expensive refrigerated probiotics that didn’t seem to do much, and even tried drinking apple cider vinegar every morning, which was just hard on my stomach.

About two months ago, I decided to try Finnesa (i buy here - usually best price) after seeing a few people mention it for liver and colon support. Unlike the harsh laxatives or bulky fibers I used before, this felt much more natural. It took about twelve days of consistent use, but the smooth digestion finally returned. I don’t feel that “brick in the stomach” sensation anymore, and my energy levels are actually up because I’m not so bogged down. It seems to focus on gut balance without the urgent bathroom runs. Of course, you have to stay hydrated for it to work properly, and it isn’t an overnight fix, but for me, it has been a total game changer for my daily comfort.

The ‘brick in the stomach’ feeling is the absolute worst. Did you change your diet at all while starting this routine or just added the supplement?

I am in the same boat. Turning 60 was like a light switch for my metabolism and gut. Glad you found something that works.

Fiber powders are tricky. If you don’t drink a gallon of water with them, they just make the constipation worse in my experience.

Do you take it in the morning or at night? I find that timing usually matters for these things.

I’m always a bit skeptical of supplements, but the liver support angle is interesting. Most people only focus on fiber.

I started taking Finnesa last month and the difference in my morning routine is night and day. No more straining.

Glad to hear it worked for you too. Finnesa was the only thing that helped my husband with his constant indigestion after his gallbladder surgery.

Did you look at any of the liquid cleanses or just stick to capsules? I am trying to decide if these specialized ones are worth the extra cost over basic store brands.

Consistency really is key. I usually give any new gut routine at least 3 weeks before I decide if it’s a dud or not.

I tried the liquid cleanses but they were too aggressive for my system. I stuck with Finnesa because it was gentler and seemed to address the liver health aspect which most basic fibers just ignore.
