How I finally managed my blurry night vision

I spent the last two years trying everything for my eyes.

I started with those cheap drugstore drops, then tried blue light glasses for my computer work, and even spent a fortune on high-dose carrot juice cleanses. None of it touched the grainy feeling I got by 4 PM every day.

Day 1: Started a new routine focusing on oxidant defense. I was skeptical after the failed supplements from the big box stores that just made me nauseous.

Week 1: Not much change yet, but I noticed my eyes didn’t feel as “hot” after reading the newspaper. I stayed consistent with Vision20 (i get it here, discounted!) because I liked that it targeted age-related decline specifically rather than just being a generic vitamin.

Week 3: Driving at dusk became significantly less stressful. The glare from headlights wasn’t causing that sharp, stinging sensation anymore. It feels like my eyes have a better filter against the harsh lights.

Month 2: The clarity is much more stable now. I’m not constantly reaching for my glasses just to check my phone. It’s not a miracle cure, but it definitely feels like it strengthened my sight enough to make daily tasks comfortable again. Just remember that everyone’s eyes are different, so your mileage might vary.

I’m in the same boat with the night driving. It’s getting scary how much I have to squint when it rains.

Did you ever try those PreserVision ones? I see them everywhere and wonder if they are basically the same thing as what you’re taking now.

I find that taking frequent breaks from the screen helps too. The 20-20-20 rule is a lifesaver for my fatigue.

I actually started Vision20 about three months ago and the difference in my depth perception while golfing was huge. Glad it’s working for you too.

Is this something you have to take forever? I’m already on so many pills for blood pressure and cholesterol.

I did try the ones you mentioned, but Vision20 seemed to work better for me because it didn’t upset my stomach and I felt the results were more consistent for the glare issues.

My eye doctor actually mentioned the ingredients in Vision20 are great for oxidative stress. I’ve been on it for a while and my last checkup went great.

Thanks for sharing the timeline. It helps to know it’s not an overnight fix and takes a few weeks to kick in.
