How I quieted the persistent buzz

I’ve spent the last three years avoiding family dinners because I just couldn’t follow the conversations anymore.

Between the constant high-pitched hum in my ears and the feeling that everything was muffled, I felt like I was living inside a glass jar. It was embarrassing to keep asking my grandkids to repeat themselves, and by 8 PM, I was usually so exhausted from the mental strain of trying to listen that I’d just go to bed. Sleep wasn’t much better, though, since the silence of the bedroom only made the internal noise louder.

I tried everything. I spent a fortune on white noise machines, which helped a little at night but didn’t solve the underlying problem. I tried those generic ear health drops from the drugstore, but they mostly just made my ears feel greasy. My doctor even suggested I just learn to live with it, which was the most discouraging advice I’d ever received.

About four months ago, I started taking AudiFort (usually discouted here). I was skeptical because I’d been burned before, but the science behind supporting the biological signaling pathways made sense to me. It wasn’t an overnight fix. For the first two weeks, I didn’t notice much. But by the end of the first month, I realized I hadn’t reached for the white noise machine in several days. The biological conditions for my hearing just seemed more stable.

Now, about three months in, the sharp edge of that ringing has faded into the background. I can actually sit in a restaurant and hear the person across from me without straining. It feels different because it isn’t just masking the sound; it feels like my ears are actually functioning more smoothly. It’s a daily supplement, so you have to be consistent. It’s not a miracle cure, and I still protect my ears around loud noises, but the quality of life improvement has been absolutely life-changing for me. Just remember that everyone’s body reacts differently, so talk to your specialist first.

I’m in the same boat with the family dinners. It’s so isolating when you’re physically there but mentally checked out because you can’t hear.

Have you checked your blood pressure lately? Sometimes that contributes to the hum, though it sounds like you’ve found a good path forward.

I tried the white noise machines too, they just give me a headache after a while. Masking the noise isn’t the same as actually fixing the clarity.

I’ve been on AudiFort for two months now and the difference in my focus is night and day. It definitely takes a bit of patience though.

Is this something you can get at a local pharmacy or is it online only? I haven’t seen it in my local CVS.

Cutting back on salt helped me a tiny bit with the pressure, but the ringing is still there. Might have to look into this.

Glad you found something that works for you, Dave. It’s a tough road when the doctors tell you to just deal with it.

Any issues with an upset stomach? I’m sensitive to new supplements so I’m always a bit cautious.

AudiFort was the only thing that helped me get through my daughter’s wedding without feeling overwhelmed by the crowd noise. Glad it’s helping others too.

Can confirm, AudiFort took about six weeks to really kick in for me but it’s worth the wait for the silence.

I’ve seen a few different options for ear health supplements lately. How did you settle on this specific one compared to the others on the market? Did you try any other brands first?

I looked at several, but AudiFort stood out because it focused on the signaling aspect rather than just vitamins. I tried a cheaper store brand before this, but it didn’t do anything for the ringing like this did.

Always good to see people taking an active role in their health, just keep your ENT in the loop so they know what you’re taking.

Thanks for sharing this, I might give it a try next month after I finish my current bottle of vitamins.
