32-year-old male.
The packaging indicates a monthly limit, and my doctor’s instructions said once per week, but I mistakenly took it daily.
The dose is 20,000 IU of Flutivit D3. I’ve taken one capsule every day for the past 12 days.
Since it’s 2:00 AM on Sunday, I’m reaching out here because I can’t get a hold of my pharmacist right now.
I’m feeling okay for the most part, though I’m a little nauseous—which could just be anxiety.

Hello—I strongly recommend you get in touch with poison control and your physician immediately. The primary concern with excessive Vitamin D intake is that it significantly increases your calcium levels. When Vitamin D levels are too high, it leads to an overabundance of calcium in the system. Elevated calcium might initially cause minor symptoms like nausea, frequent urination, or fatigue, but long-term, it can result in severe kidney issues, irregular heartbeats, and kidney stones.
