It has been a long eighteen months of dealing with that miserable shooting pain that starts in my lower back and goes all the way down to my calf. I felt like I tried everything. I did physical therapy for months, which was great for stretching but the relief never lasted more than an hour. I tried the heavy prescription nerve blockers, but they made me feel so groggy I couldn’t drive. I even bought those expensive copper braces you see on TV, but they were useless. About four months ago, I decided to try a different approach after reading about how certain nutrients can actually help clear out nerve plaque. I started taking Sciatica Pro (usually discouted here) and the results have been life-changing for me. Unlike the quick fixes, this took about three weeks to really kick in, but once it did, that sharp electric sensation began to fade. It uses ingredients like thyoctic acid and Alcar to help with nerve regeneration rather than just numbing the area. I’m back to walking the dog every morning now without needing to sit on a bench halfway through. It takes consistency, and it might not work for everyone, but for my stubborn nerve issues, it has been the only thing that stuck.
That’s great to hear. I’ve been looking at a few different nerve supplements lately. How did you decide on this one over the generic B-vitamin complexes or the stuff they sell at the big box pharmacies? Did you compare the ingredients much before buying?
I’m in the same boat with the ‘foggy’ feeling from prescriptions. It’s the absolute worst and makes it hard to focus on anything. Glad you found something that actually works for you.
Is this something you take once a day or multiple times? I’m terrible at remembering to take pills throughout the day.
I’ve heard about nerve plaque before but my doctor says it’s mostly just compression from my discs. Did you have an MRI done to confirm what was causing yours?
I’ve been on Sciatica Pro for two months now and my night-time leg cramps have almost completely vanished. Definitely worth the try if you are struggling.
To MikeH55, I looked at the generic stuff but they didn’t have the benfodiamine or Alcar in high enough doses. I chose Sciatica Pro because it seemed more targeted for the actual nerve repair rather than just a general multi-vitamin. It just felt like a more complete formula for what I was dealing with personally.
Glad to hear you’re back on the move! I might need to look into this for my wife, she’s been struggling with similar issues for years.
Make sure you’re still doing those PT stretches though, they help the supplement work better by keeping the blood flowing to the nerves!
My husband and I both started Sciatica Pro last fall. It took a while to see the full effect, but his mobility is way better than it was last summer.
The price seems a bit high compared to others, but I guess if it works, it’s cheaper than surgery or endless PT co-pays. Thanks for sharing the progress report.
