Is post-meal walking actually effective?

Do you think this replaces the need for standard meds or is it just a supplement? I’m always wary of adding new things to the mix without a lot of evidence, but the receptor theory makes sense logically.

It’s all about the glycemic load of the whole day, not just one meal. But the receptor theory is definitely worth looking into more. If the cells aren’t ‘opening the door’ for the glucose, it doesn’t matter how little you eat.
