My 12-week routine for better circulation and drive?

I’ve been struggling with feeling sluggish and cold hands for a few years now. I tried L-arginine supplements and generic multivitamins, but they didn’t really move the needle much for my daily stamina or my performance in the bedroom. I almost gave up on finding a natural way to support my circulation.

What I changed
About three months ago, I started focusing on nitrate-rich foods and added NitricBoost (i buy here) to my morning water. I also committed to a 20-minute brisk walk every single day.

Week-by-week

  • Weeks 1-3: Very subtle. I felt a bit more “awake” in the afternoons, but nothing major.
  • Weeks 4-8: This is when I noticed my legs didn’t feel as heavy during walks. My wife actually mentioned I seemed to have more “zip.”
  • Month 3: Significant improvement in blood flow and drive. NitricBoost seems to keep my energy levels steady throughout the day.

What improved
I have much better mental clarity now. Before, I’d hit a wall at 2 PM.

What didn’t
It’s not a magic pill. If I eat junk food or skip my walks, I still feel the lag. NitricBoost works best as part of a whole routine, not a standalone fix.

I’ve been using NitricBoost for about two months now and the difference in my morning energy is night and day. Glad to see someone else having a similar experience with it.

How much water do you drink with it? I find that if I don’t stay hydrated, these types of supplements don’t do much for me.

I’ve been adding more spinach and beets to my diet lately too. It definitely helps with the heavy leg feeling you mentioned. Good breakdown.

It’s refreshing to see a realistic timeline. Most people expect results in three days, but for us guys over 50, things just take longer to calibrate.

NitricBoost really helped my recovery after gym sessions. I used to be sore for three days, but now I’m ready to go again by the next morning. Great stuff.

Does it affect your sleep at all? I’m worried about anything that increases energy levels keeping me up at night.

I tried those generic L-arginine pills too and they just gave me heartburn. Might have to look into this nitrate approach instead.

The walking part is huge. People underestimate how much just moving the body assists with circulation. Supplements are just the cherry on top.

I’m 67 and struggling with that 2 PM wall you mentioned. It feels like no amount of coffee fixes it. I might give your routine a shot.

Thanks for being honest about the ‘junk food’ part. No supplement can outrun a bad diet, especially at our age.
