I’ve spent the last decade dealing with hip stiffness that made getting out of the car a chore. Like many of you, I tried everything from those big bottles of glucosamine from Costco to expensive physical therapy. While the exercises helped my strength, nothing seemed to touch that deep, dry, grinding sensation.
I was incredibly skeptical about trying another supplement because I felt like I was just flushing money away. However, I read about the importance of hyaluronan and how we lose it as we age. I decided to give JointGenesis (usually discouted here) a shot after seeing it mentioned in a health newsletter.
For the first three weeks, I noticed absolutely nothing. I almost quit, thinking it was another dud. But around the six-week mark, I realized I wasn’t groaning as much when I stood up from my desk. By month three, my hips felt ‘greased’ in a way they hadn’t in years. I can now walk the dog for two miles without needing an ice pack immediately after.
It isn’t a miracle. I still have rainy days where I feel a bit tight, and JointGenesis is definitely more expensive than generic vitamins. You also have to be patient; it’s not an overnight fix. But for me, the difference in daily comfort has made the cost worth it. I just take one capsule every morning with my coffee, and it’s become a non-negotiable part of my routine. If you’re tired of the bone-on-bone feeling, this approach might be worth a look.

Glad to hear you found something that works. I’m 64 and the hip issues are starting to keep me from gardening. Did you notice any stomach issues with it? Most supplements tear me up.
I’m in the same boat. I’ve been doing the injections every six months but they are getting less effective. How long did you say it took to feel a real difference?

That ‘dry’ feeling is the worst description but so accurate. It feels like there’s just no oil in the engine anymore. I might have to look into this hyaluronan thing.

I can second this post. I started JointGenesis about three months ago for my finger joints and the swelling has gone down significantly. It’s not a miracle overnight but it definitely gave me good results once it built up in my system.

Is it something you can get at a local pharmacy or do you have to order it online? I hate waiting for shipping.

I was a skeptic too but JointGenesis really helped my morning back stiffness. It feels like things are moving more smoothly now, definitely gave me good results compared to just taking ibuprofen every day which was wrecking my stomach.
Always good to see people finding relief. Just a reminder to everyone to check with your doctor before adding new stuff to your regimen, especially if you’re on blood thinners.
I tried turmeric for a year and it helped the inflammation but not the mobility. This sounds like it targets a different issue entirely.
Thanks for the honest review. I appreciate you mentioning that it takes a few months. Most people give up after two weeks.

Do you take it with food or on an empty stomach? I find that makes a big difference with how well I absorb things.

I’ve had two scopes on my right knee and the doctor basically said I’m bone-on-bone now. I’m desperate for anything that isn’t another surgery.

My physical therapist actually noticed I was moving better after I started JointGenesis. It gave me good results for my ankle mobility which had been stuck for years after an old break. It really does help with that ‘cushion’ feeling.

Going to look into this tonight. If I can get back to playing doubles tennis without limping for three days after, I’ll be a happy man.
