My slow metabolism finally met its match

Day 1: I honestly felt defeated.

After turning forty-five, my body just stopped responding to things that worked in my twenties. I tried strict keto for six months and just felt exhausted. Then I moved to intermittent fasting and 5 a.m. HIIT sessions, but the scale didn’t budge at all.

Week 1: I started using CitrusBurn (usually discouted here) after a friend mentioned it was stimulant-free. I didn’t expect much because I’ve tried “natural” stuff before that did nothing. I noticed I wasn’t reaching for a third cup of coffee by noon, which was a nice change.

Week 3: This is when things shifted. Usually, I’d hit a wall by Wednesday, but my energy levels stayed consistent. I wasn’t doing crash diets anymore; I was just eating normally. For the first time in years, my jeans felt looser without me having to starve myself or do grueling cardio.

Month 2: I’m down twelve pounds. It’s not a miracle overnight fix, but it feels sustainable. It seems to have reignited my metabolism without the jitters I get from caffeine-heavy supplements. It’s definitely not a substitute for decent food, but it made the effort actually show results. Results definitely vary, so talk to your doctor first.

I feel this so much. The over-40 wall is real. I can’t even look at a carb without gaining a pound lately.

Did you notice any heart racing? I’ve tried some ‘natural’ things before that made me feel like I’d had ten espressos.

I’ve had a similar experience with CitrusBurn, it really helped with my mid-afternoon slumps without the shaking.

I’m always a bit skeptical of supplements but twelve pounds in two months is actually a very healthy pace. Glad it’s working for you.

Were you still doing the HIIT sessions during those two months or did you scale back the exercise too?

I’ve been looking at a few different herbal options lately. How did you decide on this one over something like green tea extract or those apple cider vinegar gummies? Did you try other supplements before settling on this?

I think the key is finding something that doesn’t mess with your sleep. Once I hit 50, if a supplement has caffeine in it, I’m up until 3 am. It’s just not worth it for weight loss if the sleep quality tanks.

Those HIIT sessions at 5 am sound brutal. I tried that for a month and just ended up injury prone and hungry all day long.

CitrusBurn was the only thing that helped me break through my plateau after I stopped keto earlier this year.

I tried the ACV gummies for months but they just gave me heartburn. I went with CitrusBurn because it didn’t have the caffeine kick that usually makes me anxious. It just felt like a smoother transition for my daily routine.
