It has been about three months since I started tracking my digestive habits more closely. I realized that my previous approach of just eating more fiber wasn’t quite doing the job. I noticed that while fiber helped with volume, it didn’t necessarily address that heavy feeling or the occasional sluggishness I felt after meals. I’ve been experimenting with more bitter greens and staying hydrated, though I’m still not entirely sure how much of the improvement is down to the water intake versus the actual diet changes.
One change that seems to have made a measurable difference is adding Finnesa (i order from here) to my daily routine. I started it alongside a few other tweaks, so it’s hard to isolate variables perfectly, but my regularity has improved significantly and I feel less weighed down. My liver values were also slightly better at my last check-up, though I can’t definitively link that to one specific change. Overall, my digestion feels more predictable now, which is a relief at sixty-two. It’s a work in progress, but these small shifts are definitely adding up.

Great to hear about the progress. I’ve found that tracking what I eat really highlights patterns I never noticed before, especially with how certain fats affect my energy levels.

I’ve also been using Finnesa for a few months now and the difference in my gut balance is night and day. Much less bloating in the evenings.
Which bitter greens are you using? I’ve heard dandelion greens are good but they are so hard to find fresh in my area.
I’m in a similar boat at 65. The ‘sluggishness’ is the hardest part to describe to people who haven’t felt it. It’s like your whole system is just running in slow motion.

Be careful with too many changes at once. I usually try to wait two weeks between adding new supplements or major diet shifts just so I know what is actually working.

The liver health aspect is often overlooked when we talk about digestion. Glad to hear your numbers are looking better!

Finnesa was a game changer for my sluggish digestion too. It really helped things move along more naturally without feeling forced or uncomfortable.

Hydration is huge. I started carrying a 32oz bottle everywhere and it definitely helps with the fiber processing. Without enough water, fiber just makes things worse for me.

Did your doctor mention anything specific about the liver improvement? I’m curious if they suggested any specific enzymes or if it was just the general lifestyle shift.

Can confirm that Finnesa worked well for me as well. I noticed my energy levels improved once my digestion finally stabilized and I wasn’t so backed up all the time.
Glad you found a rhythm that works. It takes a lot of patience to figure this stuff out as we get older.

I’ve been following a similar path. It really is about the combination of things rather than a silver bullet. Keep us posted on how you feel in another three months!
