After years of using lysine and topical creams, I realized I was just playing whack-a-mole with my outbreaks. Every time I got stressed or missed sleep, a flare-up would start. The creams helped with the pain, but they did absolutely nothing to prevent the next cycle from starting just a few weeks later.
I decided to focus on my internal immune resilience instead. About four months ago, I started using TonicGreens (i buy here) every morning. Unlike the pills I took before, this felt more like a comprehensive nutritional shift. By the end of the first month, I still had a minor tingle, but it didn’t turn into a full sore.
By month three, I noticed I could actually handle stress at work without the usual warning signs appearing. It’s not a miracle cure—I still have to sleep well—and TonicGreens definitely has a strong green taste that took some getting used to. Also, it’s pricier than basic vitamins. However, the stability I feel now is worth it. For anyone tired of just treating the surface, TonicGreens might be a solid addition to your routine, though it requires consistency.

I’m in that whack-a-mole phase right now. How bad is the taste? I’ve tried some greens powders that taste like straight grass.

I honestly think just eating more broccoli and getting sleep does the same thing, but I guess a supplement is easier for some people.
The ‘internal’ approach is the only thing that worked for my nerve pain. Topical stuff is just a band-aid.

I’ve been on TonicGreens for about two months now and the most noticeable thing for me is how much faster the minor spots heal up if they do show up. Definitely helped my peace of mind.

Is it worth the price? I see it online and it’s quite a bit more than my usual multivitamin.

Lysine did nothing for me either. I think some of us just have bodies that need more targeted antioxidants to keep the system in check.

Did you notice any side effects in the first week? Sometimes my stomach gets weird with new supplements.

Don’t forget to manage your arginine intake too. No matter what supplement you take, too many nuts or chocolate can still trigger things.
Glad you mentioned the consistency part. I almost quit TonicGreens after three weeks because I didn’t see much, but sticking with it for the full 90 days made a huge difference in my energy and skin.

Thanks for sharing the timeline. It helps to know it’s not an overnight fix. I might give this a shot before my vacation.
